• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices to maintain the highest quality assurance protocols.
• Continuously assess and improve QA methodologies and techniques to enhance overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
