Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers in the development of comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop appropriate testing methodologies.
• Conduct reviews of test cases and ensure the highest standards of quality are met prior to each release.
• Identify and document defects and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts within QA processes and methodologies.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide input on testing deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and tools in quality assurance and software testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with performance testing and tools like LoadRunner or JMeter is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
