Job Overview

As a Quality Engineer (Software) at Groundswell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the software meets performance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and document test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Review and analyze system specifications to validate final products.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving software issues during the development lifecycle.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall software development and testing processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in automated test scripting and familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
