Role Summary
Analyze workforce program quality, safety, and outcome data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare clear reports and actionable recommendations, and support the development and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update tracking tools, ensure compliance support, and perform data validation to maintain data integrity. Contribute to quality system design and workforce system enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- At least three years of workforce development experience
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to translate findings into recommendations
- Knowledge of quality improvement processes and compliance support
- Proficiency maintaining tracking tools and validating workforce data
- Contribution to continuous improvement of systems and processes
