Typically does: Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to a company’s quality management system. Identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to assess process performance and compliance. Develops and maintains reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Supports the continuous improvement of quality processes by providing data-driven insights.
Tools and skills: Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, SQL, and statistical packages, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
