Recruiter

About the Role:

Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking a skilled and driven Recruiter to support company-wide hiring across all departments and subsidiaries. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the full recruitment process for a variety of positions—from front-line operations to corporate roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple business areas
• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and align hiring strategies
• Write and post job descriptions and maintain job documentation
• Utilize social media, job boards, and internal tools to source candidates
• Track key recruitment metrics and maintain candidate data using an ATS (ADP preferred)
• Represent LDC at job fairs and recruiting events
• Maintain compliance with hiring regulations and company policies

What You Bring:

• Recruitment experience (corporate and/or high-volume)
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel as needed across New Mexico
• High School diploma or GED required; certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
• Casino/hospitality recruiting experience highly desirable
