About the Opportunity:

The RECRUITER role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding clinical professionals to support the organization's staffing needs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that qualified candidates are efficiently attracted and integrated, contributing directly to the effectiveness of healthcare and educational services provided by the program.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard clinical professionals
• Perform marketing activities for assigned regions
• Post job openings internally and on various job boards
• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to assess candidate eligibility
• Generate and submit Personnel Action Notices for terminations and data changes
• Use ATS system and DocuSign for offer generation and document collection
• Perform administrative duties to support recruitment and operational efforts
• Attend meetings and participate in projects as needed
• Prepare and send weekly and monthly recruitment reports

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple applications and communications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including phone, email, and video calls
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Openness to constructive criticism
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Pay range is $65,000 to $75,000 depending upon experience
