The Role

This is a field-based sales leadership position covering a territory from Maryland/Virginia through Florida, based out of Florida. You'll lead a team of 8-10 Business Managers and own the region's full commercial performance — revenue, case volume, product placement, margin, and gross profit.

You'll

Recruit, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team through regular field visits and ride-alongs
Build regional sales plans, review performance and forecasts weekly, and course-correct when results are off target
Stay directly involved with major/strategic retail accounts and coach your team on account strategy and competitive positioning
Lead execution of new product launches and promotional programs across the region
Partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain

What You Bring

8+ years of progressive field sales, account management, or sales leadership experience in specialty food, FMCG, foodservice, or a similar distribution environment
Proven track record leading geographically dispersed teams and developing talent
Strong commercial acumen — margin, product mix, and business economics
Current Florida residency with established knowledge of the Florida/Southeast market
Specialty food distribution experience and existing Southeast customer relationships strongly preferred
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel frequently throughout the region
