About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate and motivated BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with our experienced BCBA team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering ABA therapy in a positive and engaging manner
- Following treatment plans designed by our supervising BCBA
- Collecting data and documenting client progress
- Creating a safe and engaging session environment
- Communicating effectively with families and supervisors
- Flexible, part-time/per diem schedule with opportunities to work close to home in New Jersey
- Hands-on training and supportive supervision from experienced professionals
- Free RBT coursework provided
- A small, collaborative team where your contributions matter

- BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
- RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour
- Paid training opportunities available
- Career growth encouraged and supported
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
- RBT certification a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks
