Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a community hospital setting. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and continuously monitor patient status. Accurately document care and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR).

Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support clinical decision-making. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, and health needs. Uphold infection control practices and maintain patient safety standards.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Current RN licensure
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and monitoring skills
Accurate EHR documentation and attention to detail
Effective communication and patient/family education
Team-based mindset with ability to coordinate care
Commitment to infection control and safety
