Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in an acute care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards
Monitor and document patient status, responses, and progress
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Ensure patient safety and uphold infection control practices
Collaborate with the care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

Qualifications & Skills

Current RN licensure
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making
Proficiency with EMR documentation
Effective communication and patient/family education skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and infection prevention
