Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation Unit (PRN)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation of care and patient progress.

Key Duties
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor symptoms, vital signs, and recovery progress
- Create and update care plans to support rehabilitation goals
- Administer medications and deliver safe, evidence-based nursing interventions
- Document care effectively and communicate changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, patients, and families to promote safe recovery
- Use modern healthcare technology to support clinical care and coordination
- Active Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high standards of patient care
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to integrity, continuous improvement, and ongoing clinical learning
