Fulltime day and evening shifts availalble.

We are seeking a detail-oriented RN to join our healthcare team.

Duties:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans
Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments
Maintain medical documentation and records
Utilize medical coding systems such as ICD-10 for accurate reporting
Coordinate with health information management teams
Implement utilization management strategies
Familiarity with electronic health record system
Knowledge of long term care regulations

Experience:

Previous experience in patient care settings
Proficiency in medical coding and documentation
Strong understanding of MDS assessment process
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in long-term care facilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
