Job Title: Patient Care Tech

Role Overview: Support inpatient rehabilitation team by providing hands-on assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities and personal care needs
Support nurses and therapists in patient care
Record vital signs and monitor intake/output
Observe and report patient changes to the healthcare team
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment

Qualifications & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, patient-centered setting
Attention to detail and reliability in recording patient information
Interest in gaining experience in advanced rehabilitation care
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
