Overview

The Remote (3rd Shift) M365 Systems Engineer at Insight Global plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment. Job Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Monitor and support M365 services to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365 applications in a timely manner.
• Develop and enforce best practices for security and compliance within M365 environments.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate M365 applications with existing systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, promoting effective use of M365 tools and features.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge base reference.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and changes to relevant technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of M365 administration tools and best practices.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and identity management solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks within M365.
• Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards relevant to cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during 3rd shift hours.
