Job Overview

JSR Tech Consulting is seeking a skilled and motivated Copado DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our Salesforce continuous integration and deployment processes through the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Copado for Salesforce deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into their workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing deployments and production issues.
• Automate processes where possible to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain and configure environments in accordance with development and operational requirements.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback on approaches and best practices.
• Document processes and maintain operational best practices and educational resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps roles, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with the Copado platform and its suite of tools.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and architecture.
• Experience with automation scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
