Job Overview

The Remote Japanese Speaking Azure Network Support Engineer at Insight Global will be responsible for providing level 2 and 3 support for Azure network components. Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Azure network services and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues reported by clients.
• Assist in the configuration and management of Azure virtual networks and network security groups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions that meet client needs.
• Document all support interactions and network configurations in a clear and precise manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and Azure updates to provide effective client support.
• Elevate complex issues to senior engineering teams as necessary.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network support, particularly in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• In-depth understanding of Azure networking concepts and architecture.
• Certification in Azure, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technologies & Tools
