As a Remote QA Engineer Automation at Get It Recruit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for the software applications.
• Work with development teams to understand application functionality and develop effective test cases.
• Conduct functional, performance, regression, and system testing to ensure comprehensive QA coverage.
• Analyze test results and report defects to the development team in an efficient manner.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to improve testing workflows.
• Continuously ensure adherence to best practices in code quality and automation processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on automation testing.
• Expertise in testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
