Overview

The Remote - System Engineer (VMware/AD/O365/Cloud) at RemoteWorker US will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our virtualized and cloud-based environments. Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Administer Active Directory, including user account management and policy enforcement.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Office 365 services and applications.
• Design and deploy cloud solutions leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner, providing proper documentation.
• Develop and implement security protocols and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system enhancements.
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system engineering, focusing on VMware, Active Directory, O365, or cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and services.
• Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) for automation purposes.
• Relevant certifications (VMware VCP, MCSA, Azure/AWS certs) are a plus.
