As a Remote UI Engineer - Design System Engineer at Saxon AI, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our design system, ensuring consistency across our product interfaces. Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the design system, including component libraries and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs and product requirements into functional UI components.
• Ensure UI components are reusable, scalable, and accessible across all platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design elements.
• Document design decisions, best practices, and guidelines to facilitate team alignment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in UI design and contribute to the evolution of the design system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of design principles, responsive design, and user experience.
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
