Steneral Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Network Security Engineer specializing in firewalls to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain firewall solutions across cloud environments.
• Monitor network traffic for malicious activity and respond to security incidents.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for cloud network security.
• Configure and fine-tune firewall rules to optimize performance and security.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats and implement necessary measures to mitigate risk.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding cloud security best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point.

Technologies & Tools
