Job Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage data segmentation, audience targeting, and list management to deliver personalized communications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize and implement multi-channel campaigns leveraging the Marketing Cloud capabilities.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in email marketing.
• Support users with training and troubleshooting related to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration.
• Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and Journey Builder functionalities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and metrics.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred but not required.
