Steneral Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend applications using Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve existing applications by diagnosing and fixing bugs.
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in software development.
• Document technical specifications and user manuals to facilitate system understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development using Python.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
