Replenishment & Sales Analyst

We're seeking a motivated Replenishment & Sales Analyst to support our retail accounts by driving accurate forecasting, inventory management, and sales performance insights. This position is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of retail replenishment systems and a passion for using data to influence results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain optimal inventory levels across distribution and store networks using Scintilla and Retail Link.
• Analyze POS, forecast, and shipment data to identify sales trends, supply chain gaps, and replenishment opportunities.
• Support demand planning and forecast accuracy through collaboration with internal sales, supply chain, and retail partner replenishment teams.
• Track and report on in-stock performance, weeks of supply, and item-level sales metrics.
• Develop and/or maintain daily/weekly sales and inventory dashboards to drive actionable insights.
• Assist in new item setup, modular transitions, and promotional planning.
• Provide recommendations to improve service levels, reduce out-of-stocks, and enhance sales efficiency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience/certification).
• 1–5 years of experience in replenishment, demand planning, or sales analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Scintilla, Retail Link, and demand planning tools.
• Experience with Scintilla, NOVA, or similar retail systems.
• Familiarity with item lifecycle management and modular planning.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Power BI skills (DAX or SQL experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
