SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Position Summary

As a Reporting Analyst - Reporting & Data Integration, you'll support healthcare reporting and operational analytics by developing SQL queries, managing data integration processes, and delivering accurate, actionable reports. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support reporting and data analysis
• Building and supporting SSIS packages to integrate data across multiple systems and ensure accuracy and reliability
• Creating advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions to support clinical and operational needs
• Collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams to translate reporting requirements into effective technical solutions
• Monitoring data processes, resolving discrepancies, and identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
• Maintaining documentation, supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting, and ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards

What You'll Need

• Experience in systems analysis, reporting, data integration, or a related technical role
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and Power Query
• Understanding of relational databases, data validation, and reporting processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Relevant education, technical training, or an equivalent combination of experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Access, Power BI, Cognos, or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Familiarity with healthcare data, electronic health records, or correctional healthcare reporting
• Experience with SQL Server Agent jobs and automated reporting workflows
