Research Specialist with Security Clearance

Executive Administrative Assistant Job location Arlington, VA Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and other federal agencies. Experience with DTS Defense Travel System and advanced CATMS required. Demonstrated success managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas across multiple locations. Must be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Must have outstanding English writing skills and the ability to quickly deliver quality written products in constrained time periods. Must have strong active listening skills to assess customer needs and satisfaction. Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers. Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence. Must have the ability to multi task across multiple projects. Job Requirements Clearance TSSCI Must be able to work onsite 5 days. We hire military. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college/university. o Minimum of five (5) years of specialized in strategic communications. o Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and other federal agencies is preferable. o Experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity. o Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers. o Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence. * Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
