Resident Services Representative

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing property management team in Laguna Woods, CA, and we're looking for Resident Services Representatives who are eager to provide exceptional experiences and grow their Customer Service careers.

Location: Fully Onsite in Laguna Woods, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire - opportunity for permanent position after 6 months

• Respond promptly and courteously to high volume resident inquiries, both over the phone and face-to-face.

• Accurately collect and enter details into internal systems.

• Able to clearly convey information, document details, follow up on requests, and accept feedback in a collaborative environment.

• Manage sensitive or challenging conversations with tact and empathy.

• Partner with colleagues across departments to resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

• 1-2+ years of customer service or phone-based experience

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education degree preferred
