- Assist residents with daily living activities to promote independence and well-being.
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment within residential treatment facilities.
- Contribute to holistic treatment and recovery services for individuals battling substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Compassionate and skilled in providing care and support.
- Ability to create a supportive and therapeutic environment.
- Strong understanding of substance abuse and mental health treatment needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
