Retail Business Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Business Analyst – Retail will support the Chief Retail Officer in driving business performance, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Khazana Jewellery’s retail network.

The role will be responsible for analysing store-wise sales performance, identifying business opportunities and performance gaps, monitoring key retail KPIs, and preparing accurate, timely management reports. The position will work closely with retail operations, finance, merchandising, inventory, marketing, and store teams to translate business data into actionable insights that improve sales, profitability, productivity, and customer experience.

Qualification and Experience:

MBA or relevant PG with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, E Commerce, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline is preferred.

At least 3 - 6 years of experience in Business Analytics, Retail Analytics, Sales Analytics, MIS, or Business planning.

Experience in organised Retail is preferred - Jewellery, Fashion, Lifestyle, Luxury, or Multi- store retail.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge in Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools is preferred.

Experience working with ERP, POS, CRM, or retail management system is desirable.
