Role Description The Retail Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Atwater, CA, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes supervising and coaching team members, coordinating work schedules, and monitoring sales performance and store standards. The Retail Manager will manage inventory levels, merchandising, and visual presentation to support sales goals and brand consistency. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and concerns, supporting promotional activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with leadership to drive store growth.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver positive experiences and resolve concerns promptly.
• Candidates should possess Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and develop store staff.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to meet targets, support upselling, and understand retail KPIs.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Atwater, CA, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and basic computer skills (POS systems, email, spreadsheets).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or retail management is a plus.
