- Assist customers with selecting band and orchestra instruments, including rentals, accessories, and related purchases.
- Recommend and support music lessons to enhance the customer learning experience.
- Build relationships with local schools and educational communities.
- Process orders and coordinate rental and purchase needs with accuracy.
- Maintain appealing, well-stocked retail displays to support sales.
- Deliver an exceptional, student-focused experience while achieving sales goals.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for music education.
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication and guidance skills.
- Ability to build rapport and support educators, parents, and students.
- Comfort working toward performance targets in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail for order processing and inventory/display standards.
