Senior Sales Associate (Music & Arts Retail)
Drive sales, rentals, and lesson enrollments by greeting and advising customers in a friendly, student-focused retail environment. Recommend band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and related services, and support parents, students, and educators with knowledgeable guidance that promotes music education.

Drive sales, rentals, and lesson enrollments by greeting and advising customers in a friendly, student-focused retail environment. Recommend band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and related services, and support parents, students, and educators with knowledgeable guidance that promotes music education.
Key Responsibilities
- Process instrument rentals and retail sales
- Support lesson enrollment by assisting customers with next steps
- Maintain clean, organized product displays and store presentation
- Handle basic POS transactions and assist with inventory tasks
- Support local school events and community outreach
- Strong customer service and consultative sales skills
- Ability to recommend instruments and accessories
- Comfort working with students, parents, and educators
- Basic POS and inventory proficiency
- Team-oriented mindset with a performance-driven, educational focus
