Provide exceptional customer experiences in a retail health and wellness environment. Welcome shoppers, listen to health and fitness goals, and recommend appropriate vitamins, supplements, and nutrition products using strong product knowledge and consultative selling skills.

Key Duties
- Greet customers and identify needs through active listening
- Recommend products that support individual wellness goals
- Drive sales and help achieve store targets
- Promote loyalty programs
- Operate the POS system
- Maintain merchandising standards, stock inventory, and ensure shelves are organized
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition
- Strong product knowledge and ability to build customer trust
- Effective selling and communication skills
- Customer-focused, performance-driven mindset
- Comfort with retail operations (POS, merchandising, stocking)
