Job Summary: Lead the sales floor team by providing friendly, solution-oriented customer service and ensuring the store remains welcoming and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer needs with a positive, solution-first approach.
Coordinate sales floor coverage to maintain strong customer engagement.
Oversee merchandise presentation standards, including promotions and visual displays.
Manage inventory-related tasks, including stocking and replenishment support.
Ensure accurate cash procedures and compliance with point-of-sale policies.
Support store safety practices and maintain a safe shopping environment.
Train, assist, and coach team members to strengthen performance and service quality.
