Role Description The Retail Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Plano, IL. This role involves greeting clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through jewelry selections while offering informed recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The Retail Salesperson is responsible for keeping displays organized, monitoring inventory on the sales floor, and supporting store merchandising standards. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns in a professional manner, and contributing to sales goals through proactive client engagement and follow-up

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed individual and store targets
• .Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming, informed, and respectful experience for every client
• .Candidates should possess thorough Product Knowledge skills, including interest in learning about gemstones, metals, and luxury brands
• .Candidates should possess basic math and point-of-sale skills to accurately handle transactions, special orders, and returns
• .Candidates should possess reliability and attention to detail, including the ability to follow security procedures and care for high-value merchandise
• .Previous experience in retail, jewelry, or other luxury sales environments is preferred but not required
• .High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
• .Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and collaborate effectively with a diverse team
