Wynwood Walls Retail Shop seeks an experienced, motivated Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer service.

The shop features Wynwood Walls-branded merchandise and exclusive artist collaborations, offering unique apparel, accessories, books, and lifestyle products.

Compensation

$17.25 an hour + 2% Sales Commission

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily store operations and provide direction and support to team members.
Assist the General Manager with scheduling, staff training, and performance oversight.
Ensure employees follow store procedures and maintain high customer service standards.
Oversee inventory counts, stock levels, supplier coordination, and replenishment requests.
Review sales trends and prepare reports and purchasing recommendations for the General Manager's approval.
Monitor office and cleaning supplies and coordinate restocking.
Oversee customer service inquiries and ensure timely email responses.
Supervise e-commerce fulfillment, including order processing, packing, shipping, and pickups.
Ensure backstock, inventory, and fulfillment areas remain organized and properly maintained.
Identify maintenance needs and report issues to the General Manager.
Communicate staffing, sales, inventory, and operational updates to management.
Support sales objectives, enforce store standards, and ensure efficient daily operations.
Lead by example, promote teamwork, and help maintain a professional, welcoming retail environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with light physical work (lifting, moving furniture, standing for extended periods)
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
