Job Summary

Seeking a Retreat Director who reports directly to the franchise owner and leads the daily operations of the retreat. This leadership role is responsible for driving membership growth, developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain employees
• Drive Revenue and profitability through operational excellence and inventory management
• Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of retreat operations
• Create and manage team member schedules for optimal retreat performance
• Lead the team in upholding Massage Heights brand standards and values
• Drive membership sales, conversion, and retention
• Develop and coach a high-performing team
• Participate in all corporate initiatives including monthly calls, training, and other cultural programs
• Maintain operational standards in accordance with Massage Heights policies and procedures
• Set performance goals and create action plans to achieve results
• Execute local marketing initiatives to generate new leads
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns and building lasting member relationships
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of membership-based service and/or retail management experience
• Experience leading and developing hourly teams
• Self-starter with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Ability to build and sustain a positive, accountable team culture
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software systems
• Basic business math skills
• Experience managing budgets and P & L performance
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of Zenoti or similar Spa POS management software systems
• Understanding membership-based spa, massage, or wellness operations
• Experience working in a franchise environment

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
