Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care / ICU

Location: Orange, CA 92868

Contract: 13 weeks of contract (possibility of extension)

Shift Option:

• Day Shift – 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | 3*12
• Night Shift – 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | 3*12

Pay Rate:

• Local: $60/hr on W2
• Travel: $2,750/Weekly Gross

Job Summary

The Critical Care Clinical Nurse collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned patients. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, monitors patient outcomes, advocates for patients and families, and coordinates care throughout the treatment and discharge process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Delegate nursing activities appropriately and promote safe, high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and available resources.
• Develop and implement patient education and discharge plans.
• Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and age-appropriate care.
• Establish short- and long-term patient care goals based on treatment plans, clinical standards, and patient preferences.
• Assess and document patients' physical and psychosocial conditions and responses to treatment.
• Evaluate test results promptly and communicate relevant findings to the healthcare team.

Requirement:

• RN License in the state of California
• Minimum 2 years of recent Critical Care/ICU experience.
• BLS | ACLS | NIHSS Certification required
