Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse - 5E Neuro/Stroke/Tele, located in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities include: utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; maintaining current competency; contributing to professional development; integrating ethical standards and evidence-based practices; recognizing and adapting to varying situations; promoting safety; supervising staff; documenting thoroughly; and performing related duties.
Qualifications: at least one year of nursing experience preferred; graduation from an accredited nursing program; mastery of nursing skills; effective communication; current Illinois Nursing licensure; AHA CPR certification; and potentially additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
