Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each resident and patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
