Sales Administration Representative (M/F)

And now we are looking for a motivated Sales Administration Representative (M/F) to join our international team in the USA. This role combines accounting tasks with administrative and commercial support, making it ideal for someone who is flexible, agile, and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Your role

·        Independent responsibility for the entire processing of orders (incl. order costing, production monitoring, exchange rate hedging, freight quotations, transport organization)

·        Correspondence with customers, suppliers and agents

·        Order handling including associated accounting entries, as well as hedging

·        Invoicing, stock management (stock controls and reporting) and delivery notes

·        Monitoring of incoming payments and order documents, (e.g. letters of credit)

·        Support with monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements

·        Obtaining all necessary certificates and documents

·        Occasional business-travel

What you bring

·        Commercial professional training, ideally in the same industry

·        Several years of relevant professional experience with very good knowledge in logistics

·        Global understanding, as well as interest in international trade

·        Strong IT skills; experience working with ERP systems is a plus

·        Structured, reliable and hands-on working style

·        Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

·        Flexible mindset, commitment and willingness to take on diverse tasks
