Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palm Beach, FL, supporting both sales activities and the director. The Sales and Assistant to Director will welcome clients, provide personalized styling and product recommendations, manage fittings, and oversee sales transactions to deliver a high-touch luxury experience. This role will support the director with calendar management, meeting coordination, preparation of reports and presentations, and follow-up on key initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining showroom appearance and merchandise displays, assisting with client outreach and events, and coordinating communication between the director, team members, and external partners. The role also involves updating client records, tracking sales performance, and contributing to a refined, service-oriented environment aligned with Kiton’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Client service and sales skills, including luxury retail experience, consultative selling, and relationship building with high-net-worth clients.
• Organizational and administrative skills, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, professional phone and email etiquette, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fashion and styling awareness, including an understanding of luxury menswear/womenswear, tailoring, and trends aligned with Kiton’s aesthetic.
• Technical and office skills, including proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools, and basic data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Palm Beach, FL, with a polished, professional appearance consistent with a luxury brand environment.
• Proactive, discreet, and reliable, with a commitment to confidentiality and the ability to support a director in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, executive assistance, or hospitality is preferred; a background in fashion or business is a plus.
