Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Ardmore, PA. This role is responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, and recommending lacrosse products that enhance their performance and experience. Day-to-day tasks include providing knowledgeable customer service, processing sales transactions, supporting in-store merchandising, and assisting with promotional activities and local marketing initiatives. The specialist will help execute store-level marketing campaigns, support product launches, and participate in training sessions to stay current on new products and brand standards. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized retail environment and collaborating with team members to meet sales and service goals.
