Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Merritt Island, FL. In this role, the Sales Associate greets customers, provides product information, and assists with selecting items that meet customer needs. Daily responsibilities include processing sales transactions, handling returns or exchanges, maintaining an organized sales floor, and restocking merchandise. The Sales Associate also supports visual merchandising, monitors inventory levels, and helps keep the store clean and presentable. This position involves working closely with the store team to meet sales goals, follow store policies, and deliver a consistent, positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide friendly, professional customer service and build rapport with a diverse range of shoppers.
• Basic retail skills, including handling cash and card transactions, operating a point-of-sale (POS) system, and managing receipts and returns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and provide clear product information.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining displays, tracking stock, and keeping the store tidy and safe.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team-oriented mindset, reliability in attendance and punctuality, and willingness to follow store procedures and learn new tasks.
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; strong work ethic and commitment to excellent service are essential.
