Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Glen Rock, PA. The Sales Associate will greet and assist customers, listen to their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with safety standards and store policies. Daily responsibilities include answering questions, explaining product features, processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate point-of-sale records. The role also involves restocking shelves, organizing displays, checking inventory levels, and helping keep the store clean and orderly. The Sales Associate will collaborate with team members, follow all applicable regulations and company procedures, and participate in training to stay current on products and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and retail skills, including product presentation, basic merchandising, and experience handling transactions at a point-of-sale system.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and support a clean, safe store environment.
• Ability to learn and apply store policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements relevant to outdoor and armory products.
• Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills for pricing, cash handling, and use of retail software systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail, sales, or outdoor/armory-related settings is beneficial but not required.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as stocking and moving merchandise.
