This position serves as the primary contact for customers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role involves stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, and maximizing store profitability through effective merchandising and teamwork.

This position serves as the primary contact for customers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role involves stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, and maximizing store profitability through effective merchandising and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and follow procedures to receive, unpack, and store merchandise or stock directly on the sales floor.
- Build and maintain attractive merchandise displays, rotate and face products, and restock recovered items.
- Assist customers by locating merchandise and answering inquiries.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments and change.
- Help with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners and set up sidewalk displays when needed.
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, trash removal, and restroom maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies, greet customers, and support overall store operations to promote customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to operate cash registers and scanners.
- Strong organizational and merchandising skills.
- Customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.
- Physical ability to unload trucks and perform cleaning tasks.
