Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach a team of canvassers.
- Plan neighborhood outreach activities and oversee day-to-day turf execution.
- Ensure high-quality, professional homeowner interactions that generate qualified leads.
- Track KPIs, compile performance reports, and communicate results.
- Continuously optimize scripts, approaches, and outreach tactics to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to align outreach efforts with customer and business needs.
- Maintain strong customer-focused standards and support a positive, accountable field team culture.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing and coaching outreach teams.
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive improvements.
- Comfort with refining scripts and outreach strategies to increase lead quality.
- Organizational skills and collaboration across sales and operations.
