Role Description The Sales Credit & Specifications Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, WA. This position supports the sales team by managing credit processes, reviewing and tracking customer credit applications, and maintaining accurate credit records. The administrator prepares, updates, and organizes product specifications, pricing, and documentation for sales proposals and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with finance and sales teams, responding to internal and external inquiries, analyzing credit-related data, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves maintaining organized files and systems, assisting with reporting, and providing proactive administrative support to help drive efficient sales operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Credit Management skills to evaluate customer accounts and manage credit approvals.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge to interpret data, reconcile information, and support credit-related decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work collaboratively with sales, finance, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or ERP systems) and strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales support, credit administration, or a related administrative role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
