Role Description The Sales Floor Associate is a part-time or full-time, on-site role based in Manhattan, KS. This team member greets customers, assists with product selection, and provides fitting guidance for suits, dress shirts, formalwear, and accessories. Daily tasks include answering customer questions, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and preparing items for display. The role also involves operating the point-of-sale system, processing transactions, handling exchanges, and supporting basic inventory checks. The Sales Floor Associate collaborates with colleagues to ensure a high-quality in-store experience and may assist with special orders, event fittings, and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide courteous, professional support.
• Basic retail skills, including cash handling, point-of-sale operation, and merchandise organization.
• Interest in menswear and formalwear, with willingness to learn about fit, styling, and current trends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and maintain an organized, presentable sales floor.
• Reliable time management, punctuality, and capacity to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Collaborative mindset and readiness to work as part of a small team in a customer-facing environment.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
