We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead across North Florida, the Florida Panhandle, and Alabama.

What You’ll Do

• Make consistent, in-person sales calls on electrical distributors, contractors, and key accounts
• Promote and sell the manufacturers we represent, positioning their products as the right solution for your customers
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan with clear targets, priorities, and follow-through
• Grow existing accounts and uncover new opportunities across your region
• Build lasting relationships with customers and manufacturer partners
• Represent Metra’s name and reputation in the field

Who You Are

• Experienced in the electrical industry, whether in electrical distribution, electrical contracting, or manufacturers’ rep sales
• Driven, competitive, and focused on results
• A natural relationship builder who earns trust and keeps it
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• A proactive seller who spots opportunities before others do
• Willing to travel throughout the territory and be present in front of customers
